• Each referral must be submitted through our official referral form, available on our website or at our office.
• You'll receive a unique referral code to track the progress.

• The £1,000 referral fee is payable within 30 days after the successful purchase and closing of the referred property.
• Payment is contingent upon the transaction not being reversed or falling through.

A referral is considered successful once the purchase of the referred home is finalied, and all contracts are signed and completed.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, but we reserve the right to cap the program at our discretion.
